Checked in to chaos, with staff bickering as we headed to our room. Room service brought spoiled food, and complaints felt ignored. Unexpected charges hit hard—charged for a free shuttle and confusion over breakfast arrangements was frustrating. Unwanted noise from an event kept sleep at bay, and overall the experience felt disorganized.
